Ascribe to the Lord, you heavenly host
Ascribe to Him glory and strength

Almighty King, Holy!
Ascribe the glory due His name

The God of Glory thunders
Over many waters
Full of majesty and power

Flames shoot from the midst of it
Wilderness quakes in the path of it
Fall to our knees at the sound of His voice

His voice controls the raging seas
His voice cuts through the heart of me
And cries out with groanings too deep

Praise God from whom all blessings flow
Praise Him all creatures here below
Praise Him above ye heavenly hosts
Let all cry, "Glory!"
